State of California - Delivering Cybersecurity Compliance Across 6,000 Defense Manufacturer
The State of California is training small and medium-sized defense manufacturers in Federal cybersecurity compliance. Partnering with the Defense Contract Management Agency and Defense Acquisition University-West, the state has provided training to more than 6,000 companies and completed outreach to another 28,000. This project has been cited by DoD’s Chief Information Security Officer as the model for how the Department can take its “Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification” initiative to national scale.
