CA	March Air Reserve Base	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$13,092,670.00
Enables the Western Municipal Water District of Riverside County to undertake an $18,703,815 project to build a resilient connection for March Air Reserve Bases wastewater system by replacing and upsizing the bases sewer force main, as part of a larger Wastewater Infrastructure Resiliency Program. This project will provide the necessary capacity and redundancy to ensure continued operations and mitigate the potential for mission disruptions and health risks to personnel. Fiscal Year 2024 Award
CA	Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton and Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, Detachment Fallbrook	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$1,297,000.00
Enables the Fallbrook Public Utility District, to undertake a project that adds a critically needed permanent emergency backup generator for the water supply and operations for Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, Detachment Fallbrook, and Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. The project will provide a reliable water supply critical for installation operations, mission, readiness, lethality, and safety. Fiscal Year 2024 Award
CO	U.S. Air Force Academy	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$5,348,798.00
Enables Colorado Springs Utilities to undertake a $7,641,140 project to remove several miles of existing overhead power lines between two substations on the U. S. Air Force Academy grounds and replace them with underground 34. 5 kV lines. This project will enhance the reliability of the primary electric power feed to the Academy, providing essential support to all aspects of the training and education mission. Fiscal Year 2024 Award
CO	Peterson Space Force Base	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$10,710,000.00
Enables the City of Colorado Springs to undertake a $15,300,000 project that provides safety improvements and North Gate access to Peterson Space Force Base. This project will address issues that impact operational readiness, the ability to accommodate future total force requirements, and operating costs. Fiscal Year 2024 Award

Enables the City of Atlantic Beach to undertake a $1,533,800 project to extend a 12-inch water main at the northern extent of the Citys water distribution system to an interconnection point at Naval Station Mayport, providing a reliable and resilient potable water system and improving operational readiness. Guam	Joint Base Marianas	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$2,739,223.00
Enables the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority to undertake a project to upgrade a HVAC system at Guam Memorial Hospital that incorporates advanced energy-efficient technologies, significantly reducing energy consumption and operational costs. This project will directly support the health and readiness of military personnel who rely on the hospital for medical services, ultimately assisting operational readiness and mission capability. ND	Grand Forks Air Force Base	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$11,600,000.00
Enables Grand Forks County to undertake a project for the construction of a new fire station to improve installation readiness and response time at Grand Forks Air Force Base. This project will ensure the bases ability to respond adequately and swiftly to emergencies, protect valuable Department assets, maintain missions, and protect the well-being of base personnel. TX	Fort Bliss	Defense Community Infrastructure Program	$12,700,000.00
Enables the El Paso Water Utilities Public Service Board to undertake a $25,400,000 project to replace the McCombs Wells aging 30-inch diameter water collector line which provides 100 percent of the McGregor Ranges water supply at Fort Bliss. The project will provide a reliable water supply to support critical training exercises, safety requirements, and installation maintenance. Fiscal Year 2024 Award
